Summer Kids Ministry Updates!
This summer, our Kids Ministry will have a few temporary changes to help us best serve our church family with our available volunteers.
Elementary Kids Ministry will be available for Kindergarten through Grade 3.
Nursery and Elementary children will meet together in the upstairs gym for a combined class.
Families with younger children who prefer not to have them in the combined class are welcome to use the nursery room. Please note that the nursery will be unsupervised, and a parent, guardian, or designated adult must remain with the child.
Children entering Grades 4–7 are invited to serve as
Kids Ministry volunteers. If your child is interested, please contact forough@nwlb.ca for more information.
Throughout the summer, we'll be exploring the seven days of Creation. Each week, children will receive a take-home lesson summary and simple family discussion ideas to continue learning at home.
Please note: There will be no Kids Ministry on July 5, August 2 and September 6. On those Sundays, children will remain in the worship service with their families.

At Northwest Langley Baptist Church we love kids and we desire to see them grow into wholehearted followers of Jesus Christ! We do this through providing a safe space for kids to build community with others their own age, and by walking through the Bible with them in age appropriate lessons.
Northwest Nursery & Preschool: 3M-5
Our Nursery and Preschool program runs every Sunday morning during the main service. It’s a safe, welcoming, and playful environment where our littlest ones can begin learning about God through songs, stories, and simple activities.
We prioritize your child’s safety and comfort, and our volunteers are trained and screened to provide the best care possible.
Be sure to check in at our registration booth in the lobby before heading to the classroom.

Northwest Kids and Jr. Youth: Kindergarten to Gr. 7
Our Kids and Jr. Youth meet every Sunday morning in the upstairs gym for a time that includes teaching, small group time, and of course…FUN!
Our typical Sunday starts with joining our main church service for a song or two before we head upstairs for a game, lesson, bible reading, teaching video (snack time during video) and then to wrap up the lesson we do a craft together.
